Clariant Creative is looking for a Client Success Strategist to join our fully remote team. You’ll take the lead on several client relationships, guiding marketing and sales enablement initiatives that help our clients generate leads, nurture opportunities, and grow revenue.

This role blends strategy, communication, and hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with our project managers, creative partners, and HubSpot specialists to make great things happen for our clients every day.

What you'll do:
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for your assigned clients, ensuring they always feel supported, informed, and confident in our work.
  • Translate client goals into smart marketing and sales enablement plans — managing timelines, deliverables, and results.
  • Oversee execution of multi-channel programs, including content, email campaigns, workflows, and CRM reporting.
  • Partner with our internal team and freelancers to deliver polished, high-quality work.
  • Track performance data in HubSpot and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve results and strengthen relationships.
What you bring:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B marketing or sales enablement experience (agency background preferred).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing or Sales Hub; familiarity with Data Hub (Operations Hub) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of best practices in content marketing, sales enablement, and CRM management.
  • A calm, confident presence in front of clients, and excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
